Social Security Disability

Social Security Disability is a federally mandated insurance program that provides benefits for people who are medically unable to work and who qualify under the program's guidelines. If you are determined to be eligible, you will receive monthly cash payments under one of two general programs: Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), which provides benefits to disabled workers, or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), which is an income based program for disabled persons who have minimal work histories. These programs have specific guidelines which define disabilities, physical impairments, and mental impairments, and requirements for how long the disability has existed or must be predicted to continue. The appeal process can be an overwhelming task. Casper & Casper has completed thousands of appeals and possesses the experience and knowledge needed to complete your claim successfully.
